Can I print this poster for my classroom?
Yes. The poster is free to print and share for classroom, library, and home use. Please keep the credit line at the bottom. It is sized for US letter paper and scales cleanly to A4 or larger.
What are the nine elements on the poster?
Digital access, digital commerce, communication and collaboration, etiquette and empathy, digital fluency, wellness and welfare, digital law, rights and responsibility, and digital security. The framework is Mike Ribble's.
What do safe, savvy, and social mean?
They are Ribble's three guiding principles, called S3. Each of the nine elements can be taught at all three levels: staying safe, being savvy about how things work, and being social in a way that respects everyone.
